In 2018, Iowa State University Dining Services began the process of building a centralized Quality Assurance program to provide a foundation of support to management within its 26 dining facilities. The Quality Assurance/Food Safety program has grown and evolved to enhance guest experience and maintain food/workplace safety compliance across the dining facilities. Join Alex Thomas, from the ISU Dining Quality Assurance team, as she shares the progression of the QA program and its plans for the future.
